Creatine is a chemical found naturally in the human body, red meat, and seafood. Creatine supplements were once widely regarded as sports supplements, but recently, there are some studies by professors in famous universities and articles from Frontier Media, Top Media in medicine, life sciences, and technology sectors, showed that creatine supplements can also be regarded as a dietary supplement for non-athletes adults. One published research report numbered as DOI: 10.3390/nu13082529 in the National Library of Medicine also showed this. This article mainly focuses on the benefits and side effects of creatine supplements, such as creatine monohydrate and creatine HCL.
